Upon receipt of a Director’s written resignation, the Board shall discuss the resignation at its next regularly scheduled legislative meeting. The Board shall then publicly acknowledge and announce the resignation.

The resignation shall be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. If a future date is stated, the resignation may be withdrawn any time prior to the effective date.
